The Festival organisers will not be held responsible for any tickets lost, misplaced, stolen or lost in transit. No tickets will be reissued at the expense of the Festival organisers. We cannot issue duplicate tickets. Please note that purchase of this ticket signifies your agreement to the following: This ticket is for a Festival and not for one specific artist. Although the organisers will always endeavour to present the bill as advertised, the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations do sometimes happen due to illness or other reasons. Where reasonably necessary, the organiser of the event and/or the venue reserves the right to make alterations to the published event programme.

Published times may also be affected, but the Festival will finish at 2359hrs on the 27th August 2016.   Should one or more artists be cancelled the Festival will go ahead as normal. Please be aware that refunds will not be given in these circumstances. No money will be refunded or tickets cancelled or exchanged, unless the event is completely cancelled. Where an event is cancelled or rescheduled or where there is a material change to the programme of event, you will be able to claim a refund from us in accordance to this clause. CANCELLATION – In the event of TOTAL cancellation, the face value minus a 10% administration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given without proof of purchase of ticket. You consent to filming and sound recording as a member of the audience.

HALLATONFEST IS A FAMILY FESTIVAL AND IS DRUG FREE. ALL PERSONS ATTENDING MAY BE SUBJECT TO DRUG AND SECURITY SEARCHES. BAGS/POSSESSIONS MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO SEARCH UPON ENTERING THE EVENT. STRICTLY NO ANIMALS. ANYONE ARRIVING ON SITE WITH AN ANIMAL WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE GATE. TICKET MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

If you look under 25, when you present the ticket for an entrance wristband at the festival and you do not have proof that you are over 18, you will be given a 17 year old and under wristband and YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL. Acceptable IDs are Passports, Driving Licence or PASS (National Proof of Age Standards Scheme) – No ID, no 18 or over wristband! No refunds will be given on the difference in cost.

NO WEAPONS or NO GLASS. Fireworks and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited. Alcoholic drinks and  bottles/cans of soft drinks are not permitted to be taken in. Festival organisers reserve the right to refuse admission without refund. Festival organisers accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen property and/or personal items. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event that have been arranged by you are at your own risk.

Hallatonfest will not be responsible for any loss, stolen or damage of your personal belongings, other than caused as a direct result of our negligence. Members of the public attending events should be aware of all risks involved; consideration should be given to excessive exposure to sustained high noise levels. This ticket may not be re-sold without the express agreement of Hallatonfest, and the title to this ticket remains with Hallatonfest until payment has been received in full by Hallatonfest or its nominated agents.

Be aware of possible forgeries and only purchase tickets from authorised vendors. Strict ticket checks will be in place at point of entry.
